Whenever you refuse to accept your order , or cancels your order on call , for no reason , our team has to go through a lot of trouble & we have to pay both forward & reverse shipping charges .
So , its our humble request , if one do not want to accept their order , then kindly do not place the order

One can file Returns / Replacements requests in the following cases –

- Do not like the quality / Not suiting ( In this case , no return & refund will be done , but replacement or exchange with any product will be done | we will get your product picked from your place & our team member will provide a Gift voucher code 🎁 of the same amount , excluding the Forward & Reverse shipping charges )
In case, if only one or two accessory is damaged or missing in a set , we will dispatch a new accessory of that set to your address & the whole order is not eligible for return/replacement.
For returning / replacement , Kindly inform us about the return reason along with the Order ID by sending us mail at uniquepaletteofficial@gmail.com .Kindly insure that the condition of the product is original as sent , during returning .
